Policy & Campaign Manager

The OOC seeks a policy strategist to support Building Freedom Ohio (BFO) chapters with local, state, and federal criminal justice reform campaigns. BFO is a statewide membership organization that builds the leadership and power of people directly impacted by criminalization and mass incarceration. BFO fights for criminal justice reforms that address safety issues through restorative and community-based alternatives to incarceration. This person should be committed to learning the BFO and OOC organizing model, building relationships within the BFO membership base, and with external partners to join and lead justice campaigns.
