Count Time! Statewide Convening
SEPTEMBER 2026
In September 2026, Building Freedom Ohio (BFO) and Felony Impacted Liberation Movement (FILM) are using the “On The Ground Railroad” to bring together people who believe in second chances and redemption to gather to stand together in solidarity in our quest for liberation and justice for all impacted by the burden of collateral sanctions.
This will be a historic moment of coming together to be equipped with tools for how to remove barriers to employment and collateral sanctions.
